Cheer Explosion is an exciting new program at the Lindsay Gymnastics Centre

*NEW* POWER CHEER CLASS-1.5hrs

Ages: 10 – 18 years BOYS AND GIRLS

Cheerleading is one of the fastest growing sports in Canada .  A dynamic sport combining gymnastics, dance, pyramid building and partner work.  Led by Monique Tindale certified coach and Ontario Cheerleading Federation judge. Cheerleading is an exciting, rewarding experience that builds athleticism, discipline, leadership, team work, pride and confidence.

 

JUNIOR CHEERLEADING-1.5 hrs

Ages: 6 – 9 years BOYS AND GIRLS

A chance for the younger athletes who want to try cheerleading at a recreational level. Cheerleading is an exciting, rewarding experience that builds athleticism, discipline, leadership, team work, pride and confidence.

Competition

Our first competition! The PCA Canada's Wonderland Competition is held on the second Saturday of May.
